Loved how clean everything was, from the lobby to the room. The breakfast staff added a personal touch, even though they got overwhelmed during busy times. The room layout really impressed me. having a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher made my stay very convenient. However, the bed was quite thin and didn't offer the comfort I expected. It made sleeping a bit challenging. Also, the check-in process felt chaotic due to combining the front desks with HILTON Tru, leading to longer wait times. If they could streamline that better, it would enhance the experience significantly.

The indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for our large family. We loved the spacious queen studio, which had a full-size fridge that made it easy to store snacks for our child. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed.
My wife says that the bed could have been more comfortable, especially for a restful night for families with children.
